What the evidence says. It is important to separate evidence about Rejuran I specifically from broader polynucleotide (PN)-class evidence, since most published periorbital PN research to date has used other manufacturers' products. A randomized, double-blind, split-face trial in 27 subjects compared a PN filler with a non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) filler across the periorbital area; the PN side showed higher improvement rates in skin roughness and pore volume than the HA side, with no serious adverse events on either side (Lee YJ et al., Journal of Dermatological Treatment, 2022, DOI 10.1080/09546634.2020.1748857). What It Does Not Fix

Protruding fat pads / true "eye bags"

If the puffiness under your eyes is caused by herniated orbital fat pushing forward against thin skin — often described as a visible "step" or bulge — that is a structural issue. Rejuran Eye does not remove or reposition fat, so this concern is typically addressed with a lower blepharoplasty consultation rather than an injectable.

Deep tear trough or volume loss

A hollow groove along the orbital rim is usually a loss-of-volume issue. Pigment-dominant or vascular dark circles

That said, "can this technically be combined" and "should you combine it in one visit" are different questions. Injectable and energy-based treatments can each cause swelling on their own, and stacking them without a plan can make it harder to judge how each one is working, or extend your visible downtime right before you travel home.
